Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the online store DunkIt, operated by:

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

DunkIt designs and sells innovative basketball hoop attachments for trash bins (“Basketbin” products).
All items are designed by DunkIt and manufactured externally by selected production partners.
Minor variations in color, packaging, or finish may occur due to production processes and do not constitute defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and are excluding VAT.
Payments can be made using the methods offered during checkout, which may include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer, depending on availability.

The total price, including any applicable shipping costs, is displayed before checkout completion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Austria to European countries only.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Austria: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

Shipping is free for orders of three (3) or more items.
For single items, a shipping fee of €4.90 applies.

The delivery time starts after the order confirmation and payment receipt. Delays caused by customs, logistics, or external factors are not the responsibility of DunkIt.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, you must notify DunkIt by email at dunkitxinfo@gmail.com.

If you withdraw from this contract, DunkIt will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Refunds are made using the original payment method.

DunkIt will cover the return shipping costs for standard returns within Europe.

6. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
DunkIt reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to verify their condition.

7. Liability

DunkIt is not liable for indirect damages, incidental losses, or any claims beyond the product value.
Liability for personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence remains unaffected.
DunkIt is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by third parties (e.g., postal services or customs).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply in addition.
