Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DunkIt.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your delivery — no questions asked.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to:

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may be refused for refund.

4. Return Shipping

DunkIt will cover the return shipping costs for orders returned from within Europe.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement for the return costs once approved.

For international returns outside Europe, please contact us first at dunkitxinfo@gmail.com to arrange the process.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping fees (if any) paid during the initial order are also refunded when returning all items in the order.

6. Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not offered.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order through our store.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at dunkitxinfo@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

9. Legal Basis

This Return Policy is based on EU consumer rights under Directive 2011/83/EU and Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG).
